Pandora's customer manager is one of the major benefits of switching to Pandora.
Each customer has a detail page, which allows you and your sales team to know a customer before visiting or picking up the phone. Not only will you find quick links to recent order history, but also volume and sales opportunity data. There's even space for a picture of the establishment, a road map of the location and area demographic information.
You can also view your customers ordering habits. Pandora will work out the average order pattern for each customer at order and product level. Pandora will flag any customers that are outside their average order pattern, and even send the relevant sales person a note or SMS so they can get in touch and find out why.
If the customer still does not order, pandora will escalate the notification and let a sales manager know.
The ability to act quickly is one of the key benefits from using Pandora, and enables you to counter any advances made by one of your competitors before it's too late.
Communication is key to a productive business and Pandora allows your users to keep in touch with the notes system. Staff can send notes to individuals, departments or the entire staff. Notes for a given person appear on their homepage.

You are in charge of what your users can see and edit. No one needs to have access to anything they don't need to see. This gives more focus to you team and eliminates the chance of data being misappropriated.
Like most modern girls, Pandora loves to text. Pandora can be configured to send SMS notifications as well as notes to any members of your team.
For example, an off-site sales rep could be notified via SMS when a customer falls outside their usual order pattern, allowing them to phone the customer or pay a visit.
Pandora has full stock control built into Level 2. It's fully configurable to your requirements, so stock can be adjusted when orders are taken, when they're loaded onto the lorry or when the delivery has been confirmed. Likewise, stock can be added by Pandora when a purchase order is placed, or when it's received into the depot.
Pandora can also auto-prepare purchase orders and calculate when orders can be fulfilled if items are out of stock.
Create and print purchase orders. Pandora will auto calculate your required order, it's then simply a case od checking and making any manual adjustments. Orders can even be automatically emailed to your supplier.
A Level 2 Pandora grants you full use of Pandora's inventory management system. Change cost and list prices and manage customer discounts.
Pandora allows you to offer your customers discounts at a product level, per customer. This means, each customer will get the deal right for them, and the deal right for you.

With a Level 2 Pandora, and order is handled form placement to delivery. Invoices, picking and delivery notes are automatically generated and printed.
All activity within Pandora is logged, so management are able to see who's done what and when.
Basic technical support comes with Pandora. This includes access to Pandora online help and office hours technical support by email or phone. Enhanced support packages are availble such as out of hours cover.
With a Level 1 Pandora, you'll need to keep up to date with your current stock and client systems. We'll do an initial import of your data into Pandora and schedule a daily synchronisation to keep evreything up to date.
If you decide to go for a Level 2 Pandora, then we'll do an initial import from your current system. There'll be no need for a daily update as you'll be reaping the benefit of using Pandora's stock and client management systems.
